I don’t think words can fully describe how much I loved these Cuppa Pho instant pho kits. My audible slurps were enough to tell my husband exactly how good they were.
First, the packaging deserves its own shoutout. It was incredibly tidy, thoughtfully designed, and so easy to use. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail, from the outside of the package to how everything is organized inside. It made the whole experience feel premium instead of just another instant meal.
Then there’s the flavor… my GOD. The broth was rich, comforting, and genuinely tasted like real pho. And the noodles? Perfectly soft and tender—not gummy or undercooked like so many instant noodle kits.
Traditionally, pho is served with onion, basil, and cilantro. Every time I order pho at a restaurant, I always ask for no cilantro because it tastes like soap to me. But somehow, I ate every single piece of cilantro that came in the herb packet without hesitation. That’s how well everything was balanced.
Halfway through eating it, I looked at my husband and said, “We need to throw a few of these in our camping bag.” They’re that convenient. Whether you’re camping, traveling, or just need a quick comfort meal at home, they’re perfect.
This is hands down one of the best instant meals I’ve ever had. If you’ve been on the fence about trying Cuppa Pho, this is your sign. It absolutely lives up to the hype and is a must-try.
Anyone who loves soup, particularly pho soup, should really try their product. They make it easy to enjoy authentic pho at home. I particularly love their seasoning pack; just boil your protein, drop the seasoning pack into the boil, and season with fish sauce. You've got a winner on your hand.
