Gluten Free Options?

1. Our DIY pho kits contain gluten only in the hoisin sauce packets. These are an optional condiment that are not needed to achieve the full flavor of the broth. We can remove the packets from your order if you contact us with your order number, but please note these are not made in GF facility.

Can I Return?

1. We do not accept returns, however, if your package is damaged in transit please contact us with your order number and a picture of the package. We will be happy to send a replacement!

How To Change Shipping Address?

1. If you've input an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can update it. Once the package has shipped, we will be unable to reroute the package.

Do Coupons Stack?

1. All coupons and promos are not combinable. This includes our $50+ Orders Free Shipping promo. If you apply a coupon code of greater value, then only the discount of the highest value will be applied.

Why Am I Being Charged Shipping Still?

1. First, make sure your order properly qualifies for free shipping (cart value must be $50+ OR must be an order of 2+ Soup Starters)
2. Our free shipping works like a coupon that will deduct a fixed amount from your order to offset the shipping charge. Qualifying orders should show a deduction to match the shipping charge.

How To Track My Order?

1. You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 2-3 business days of order placement that contains your tracking number. If you do not see this email, contact us with your order number and we can look up your tracking information.

Can I Include A Gift Message?

1. If you would like your order to contain a message, please contact us with your order number and the message you’d like included.
