While I did also buy the kits, I am happy to have just the seasoning. I have many condiments and some rice noodles in my pantry already.
I love how easy these herb bags are to use, just buy all your ingredients and pop everything in the pot. The bags smell so good! I’ve been making my own pho, but it takes forever. This is way more convenient and I don’t have to fuss with toasting my own herbs. The broth comes out so flavorful and I love that you can tweak it to your liking by picking your own cuts of meat, how much fish sauce you want (or don’t want), etc. I use my Instant Pot and by the end, I have enough to feed us for a few days. Thanks for making these!!!
We ordered chicken and beef herb bags a few weeks ago on a Monday. Shipping is fast because I received my order in two (2) days. I finally made the chicken pho for the family at home and we all loved it. We are keeping your herb bags on reserve in the pantry for future Pho nights at home. It’s so good I had to order some for my Mom to cook at her home too. I gotta find some big Pho bowls now, Thank you for the tools to have Pho at home.
