6 Serving DIY Phở Kit (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup)

I love Pho and the flavor of this kit was perfect. I enjoyed making it with my son, who is also a Pho enthusiast. It’s the perfect meal on a cold winter day, but I also enjoy it during warm weather too. I used some leftover sliced thin prime rib in the broth and it came out awesome. I steep some basil in my bowl. I was going to include a photo but I had already finished it.

Seriously so good, will be for sure ordering again. Even my really picky dad who only eats food familiar to him ate like like 3 bowls. A little time consuming but you can leave it on the stove and forget about it. I didn’t try the InstaPot way but I’m sure it wouldn’t taken much less time. Seriously recommend!

My first time making Pho and was a bit nervous, but the instructions were too easy! I used short ribs and pre made Vietnamese meatballs from a friend and *chefs kiss*. Six full servings and plenty of broth left over, if you buy extra noodles one of these could serve at least 9!
