6 Serving DIY Phở Kit (Vegan Vietnamese Noodle Soup)

I’ve been a fan of this company’s Rice Chips, so as soon as I started working at a vegan restaurant( VegiOasis in Huntington Beach) I ordered this vegan Pho right away! Can’t wait to try it!

I got this for a friend for Christmas- it was INCREDIBLE. The shipping was faster than I expected, the product was beautiful, and the taste was out of this world. I can’t wait to try another one!

This recipe was absolutely delicious. Usually I am not a big fan of tofu/soy in pho but Omg this soy curl taste FANTASTIC! It was also so easy to cook. Love love love!

Bought this a couple months ago and finally got around to making it when hubby and I weren’t feeling too well. Needless to say, it was absolutely delicious and easy to follow instructions. My 1 year old son loved it as well! Will definitely be buying again. Perfect for the winter months coming ahead.

Mimi and her team are so sweet and all 3 pho kits turned out so well. The broth and the herb bag included is very delicious, instructions are easy to follow along and overall a very authentic experience, highly recommend!
